SeniorOmar Ismail is a front-end expert and technical leader with 13 years of experience building product-focused engineering teams and shipping customer-facing web products. He has led engineering and strategy across startups and scale-ups—co-founding Streak.com, driving early product growth at ProductWiki, and most recently serving as Staff Software Engineer at Stripe before joining OpenAI. Omar combines hands-on implementation skills with hiring and evaluation acumen, able to attract senior engineers and translate business goals into practical technical roadmaps. His background spans game-engine integration at EA to consumer SaaS, giving him a rare mix of low-level systems intuition and polished UX sensibilities.
