Top SchoolOmar Zaarour is a Principal Consultant and seasoned software leader with 10 years of experience modernizing enterprise systems using the Microsoft stack, specializing in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and healthcare data solutions. He has led cross-functional engineering teams at Microsoft—shaping clinical experiences for physicians and building Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare capabilities—and now advises public and private clients through his own consultancy in Calgary. Omar blends hands-on full-stack engineering (React, .NET, Python, data pipelines) with product delivery and CI/CD discipline, consistently turning complex healthcare and government requirements into scalable, usable systems. His background ranges from low-level performance tuning and API development to architecting cloud migrations for regulatory bodies, reflecting a rare mix of practical engineering and strategic transformation. Notably, he moves between product-focused roles and client-facing solution architecture, which helps him rapidly translate stakeholder needs into shipped features.
