Top SchoolÖmer Karışman is an entrepreneurial software engineer and integrated AI architect with 15+ years building infrastructure, AR/VR, backend, web, and mobile systems and a decade of focused product leadership. He founds and scales deep-tech ventures—most recently inference.sh (agent orchestration runtimes) and avtrs.ai (1.4M avatars, $10K MRR in 4 weeks)—and has driven products with millions of downloads and 100k+ MAUs. At Kozmos and Getir he combined engineering and product strategy to scale teams and systems globally, while at Calm he bootstrapped a B2B coaching product for 50+ partners. Now an EWOR Fellow in Munich, he specializes in autonomous agent systems that pursue long-horizon, economically meaningful work, blending hands-on R&D with business outcomes. Notably, his studio work has produced rapid viral scale (10M+ users, 50K DAU in two weeks), reflecting a rare ability to ship technically ambitious products that achieve immediate market traction.
