Top SchoolOmid Jafarinezhad is a seasoned software engineer and research assistant with nine years of professional experience designing and leading full‑stack products and teams. He has led engineering organizations of 10–20+ people and shipped high‑traffic platforms and consumer apps—from a legal consultation marketplace and transport management systems to habit‑tracking and crypto copy‑trading products—working across React, Flutter, Go, Node, SQL/NoSQL, Docker and Redis. His background includes building enterprise-grade billing and reporting systems that handled millions of daily transactions and teaching web and mobile programming at Sharif University of Technology. Comfortable bridging research and product development, he now applies his engineering leadership to public‑health research at the University of Toronto while retaining a strong hands‑on delivery mindset. An operator who also writes production systems end‑to‑end, he often combines analytics-driven insights with pragmatic, scalable architecture decisions.
