Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolOmri Dagan is a VP Engineering and hands-on software leader with 10 years of experience building and scaling cloud-native platforms, real-time web services, and developer tooling. He has founded a startup, led R&D and architecture at companies acquired by larger players, and repeatedly transformed VM-based systems to Kubernetes-powered, autoscaling infrastructures. Omri combines deep systems know-how—virtualization, CI/CD, AIOps—and pragmatic delivery skills, having optimized ML pipelines, reduced infra costs with spot instances, and built internal frameworks that sped engineering delivery. Based in Israel, he’s pragmatic about developer experience, having authored Django skeletons and Appium-based frameworks for faster, cleaner delivery. Colleagues see him as a builder who moves projects from prototype to production while keeping an eye on operational efficiency and team enablement.
