Top SchoolOndřej Majerech is a Senior Software Developer based in Prague with 15 years of hands-on experience building performant game and infrastructure software. He spent seven years at Wube Software working on Factorio—owning enemy AI, optimizing pathfinding to scale concurrent actors, improving multiplayer internals, and automating API documentation generation—before moving to CDN77 where he continues to tackle large-scale systems. Trained with a Master’s in Computer Science from Charles University, he blends low-level optimization skills with practical tooling and cross-platform maintenance experience (notably Linux ports). Colleagues know him for shipping polished, reliable features and for finding pragmatic engineering shortcuts that unlock measurable runtime or developer productivity gains.
