Top SchoolOr Mahler is an R&D manager and senior technology leader with 7 years of experience building data platforms, distributed systems and AI/ML products from prototype to enterprise scale. He has led multi-disciplinary teams across backend, data, full-stack and DevOps, shipping logistics and feature-store solutions used by global customers including Amazon. Or combines hands-on engineering—designing feature stores, Kafka/Spark pipelines and K8s microservices—with product leadership, defining roadmaps that align data science and business impact. He has guided integrations post-acquisition (Qwak into JFrog) and repeatedly delivered high-availability, cost-optimized architectures for real-time inference and analytics. Based in Israel, he’s also an early-stage investor in data/AI startups, signaling a strong instinct for product-market fit beyond engineering. Colleagues know him for bridging deep technical rigor with pragmatic shipping discipline and measurable supply-chain ROI.
