Top SchoolOriel Bachar is a founder and operator with eight years of experience building product-led businesses at the intersection of mobile gaming and crypto. As CEO and Co-Founder of Papaya Gaming, he leads a decentralized platform that integrates real-money crypto tournaments into existing mobile titles, partnering closely with studios to onboard players into competitive crypto experiences. His background blends product management, business development across adtech and data-focused startups, and hands-on technical interests in DevOps, game development, and data science. Prior roles at Luminati, NetNut and InsFocus honed his growth and commercialization skills for global, data-driven products. Based in Israel, he draws on early operational discipline from military UAV service and a BBA in finance-law to navigate regulatory and market complexities in crypto gaming. He’s pragmatic about adoption—focused on tying crypto incentives to familiar mobile gameplay rather than speculative narratives.
