Senior🎓
Top SchoolOsama Bari is a seasoned fintech CTO with over a decade of hands-on experience building low-latency trading systems, enterprise blockchain platforms, and crypto infrastructure for institutional clients. He blends deep engineering chops in React, TypeScript, Node.js and cloud-native DevOps with strategic product and regulatory leadership—having launched VARA-regulated digital asset services and recruited a 100+ engineering organization from scratch. His technical portfolio spans L1/L2 blockchain design, MEV and bridge risk mitigation, MPC/HSM custody architectures, and integrations with custody providers and major CEX/DEX ecosystems. Known for shipping ultra-low-latency FIX/REST/WebSocket trading stacks and modular micro-frontend releases, he balances architecture with implementation to deliver secure, compliant systems at scale. Based in Dubai, he’s driven cross-asset trading, payments, and DeFi protocol work that combines institutional reliability with innovative crypto primitives. Less obvious: he pairs enterprise-grade security practices with product delivery velocity, repeatedly turning regulatory constraints into competitive advantages.
