Top SchoolOscar Arias is a multidisciplinary technology leader and CEO based in Napa, California, with 11 years of experience spanning software development, data science, machine learning research, and product design. Trained in architecture (UC Berkeley) and cognitive science with a focus on ML and neural networks (UC San Diego), he blends spatial thinking and human-centered design with technical rigor to solve complex problems from system architecture to CAD and 3D printing. As founder and CEO of Chansthy since 2020, he combines hands-on coding and research with strategic leadership to bring prototypes into market-ready products. His background in behavioral science and math informs a pragmatic approach to model-driven decision making and user-focused ML systems. Known for wearing many hats—developer, designer, and marketer—he often bridges gaps between engineering, design, and go-to-market execution. Despite a sparse GitHub profile, his career reflects a pattern of interdisciplinary curiosity and applied experimentation across hardware and software.
