Summary
🤩
RockstarOscar García is a senior software engineer with nine years of experience building and operationalizing enterprise-grade systems across IBM, Oracle, and now Google, with deep expertise in CI/CD, cloud migrations, and automation for IBM Z. He has led multi-site teams and architected migrations from Docker/Jenkins to Kubernetes-backed cloud pipelines while contributing hands-on Python, Ansible, and z/OS module development and L3 support. Comfortable across full-stack and infrastructure concerns, he has driven observability (Grafana), large-scale data integrations, and robust release processes in regulated, cross-border environments. Based in Zapopan, Mexico, Oscar pairs technical leadership and mentorship with a pragmatic builder’s mentality—he literally “codes for food”—and brings a knack for converting long-term visions into actionable, measurable roadmaps.
