Top SchoolOscar Prom is a technical founder and systems-minded CTO with 11 years of experience turning emerging tech into production systems across SaaS and creative technology. As co-founder and CTO of WVN he leads architecture, infrastructure, and engineering culture to build a real-time intelligence layer for retail that drives in-the-moment action. Previously he incubated and scaled Gumband from prototype to commercial SaaS—leading software teams, product strategy, and a Series A transition that landed customers like Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn. His background blends hardware-integrated interactive installations with data-driven platforms, evident in projects ranging from NFL fan experiences to voice-controlled IoT robots. Known for bridging product strategy and technical execution, he hires for ownership and designs platforms that evolve with customers rather than forcing one-size-fits-all solutions. Based in Pittsburgh, he pairs hands-on engineering with investor and go-to-market collaboration to turn bold ideas into sustainable businesses.
