Top SchoolOscar Rodriguez is a Product Development Specialist and founder with nine years of experience at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering, currently based in Prague. He builds pragmatic tooling and automation—maintaining a CLI and scripting platform operations at Tepsivo—while shipping AI-driven consumer products like WordMate AI and MeetingSummarizer that show his end-to-end product instincts. At JetBrains he combined product marketing with hands-on engineering fluency, contributing backend improvements to the well-known JetBrains MPS open-source meta-programming system, particularly around debugger and generator internals. He has led commercialization and community growth that turned an open-source offering into seven-figure revenue, and his background as a serial co-founder gives him strong product-market sense across international markets. Not obvious at first glance: he blends developer-facing technical contributions with go-to-market execution, making him effective at translating developer needs into shipped features and revenue.
