Top SchoolOscar Wieman is a Platform Engineer with nine years of hands-on experience building resilient, automated infrastructure for Dutch public and private sector organizations. Currently focused on IT4IT platform work at IND and contributing as a DevSecOps Engineer at Techforce1, he blends pragmatic automation, IaC and Kubernetes expertise to streamline delivery pipelines and secure cloud-native platforms. Known as a "YAML whisperer" and scripting pro, he moves fast on CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code while keeping an eye on compliance and operational readiness. Colleagues rely on him for turning complex platform requirements into repeatable, auditable deployments—a skill sharpened across roles at Rijkswaterstaat, Rabobank and the Nationaal Archief. Based in Houten, he pairs systems-level thinking with a hands-on craftsmanship that surfaces in both tooling choices and everyday runbook improvements.
