Senior🎓
Top SchoolOssi Tiltti is a pragmatic technology leader with 12+ years of experience shaping cloud, DevOps and architecture strategies across healthcare, gaming and industrial IoT. Currently Global Head of IT Strategy & Architecture at Mehiläinen, he has built and scaled BeeHealthy from a one-person prototype into a 70+ person international SaaS operation and served as CISO while keeping a hands-on engineering mindset. His background spans enterprise R&D at Nokia, cloud-native platforms at Rovio and ABB Ability, and early-stage product and platform creation as a co-founder and advisor. Known for blending technical depth with business pragmatism, he champions cross-functional collaboration over siloed “DevOps” roles and focuses on outcomes rather than buzzwords. Outside work he balances a gadget-first curiosity with a love of the outdoors—sauna time is intentionally tech-free.
