Top SchoolOswaldo Acauan is a seasoned lead software engineer with 13 years building responsive, accessible web experiences across front-end and back-end stacks, currently leading engineering at SeatGeek from Berlin. He blends deep UX sensibility with practical engineering—HTML5/CSS3, modern JavaScript/Node.js, PHP frameworks and web standards like WAI-ARIA and Web Components—to ship polished interfaces and scalable systems. His leadership track record includes Head of Engineering roles and technical direction at Movinga and SMUNCH, driving team processes, code review adoption, and migrations to modern frameworks. Colleagues rely on him for mentorship and architecture decisions that reduce cost and boost reuse, evidenced by reusable Ember addons and high-throughput financial interfaces he helped build. He’s passionate about continuous learning and treats every UI detail as an opportunity to improve product clarity and performance.
