Otávio Dos Santos is a Senior Software Engineer with 7+ years building cloud-native platforms and developer tooling, currently designing high-availability infrastructure at Mercado Libre. Former tech lead at Itaú, he blends high-performance Go and reactive Kotlin services with strong DevOps practices to support transactional workloads for major payment networks. An active educator and mentor, he teaches Go and cloud engineering at Full Cycle, Rocketseat and via private coaching—his students have gone on to pass advanced AWS certifications.
