Top SchoolOthneil Drew is a Senior Scientific Software Developer with about a decade of experience building scalable React and TypeScript applications and leading frontend teams to ship faster and cleaner code. He specializes in performant UI architecture, reusable component systems, and DX improvements that doubled deployment velocity and cut MTTR in production environments. His work spans cloud security, edtech, and real-time/full‑stack systems—architecting solutions that combine ML, microcontrollers, and WebSockets. A former aircraft mechanic and pilot‑trainer developer, he brings methodical, safety‑first discipline from aviation into software design and migration work that has automated thousands of lines of legacy refactor. Based in Cypress, Texas, he pairs hands‑on coding (React, Next.js, Node, Python, Docker, AWS) with mentoring and process improvements to move teams and products forward.
