Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolOvidiu Cical is a cloud security entrepreneur and CEO/co-founder with a decade of experience building defensive platforms that continuously map, prioritize, and remediate cloud risks. He founded Cyscale to combine knowledge graphs, active scanning and ML to reveal contextual attack paths across AWS, Azure and GCP, helping CTOs and CISOs see how misconfigurations, exposed secrets, identities and vulnerabilities chain together. His background spans hands-on engineering in Go, secure cloud architecture, ISO/SOC/HIPAA compliance and applied research from roles at Rolls‑Royce, ABB and Sophos to startups like sensitivity.io. A long‑time OWASP chapter leader and board contributor, he blends product leadership with deep security craftsmanship and a practical habit of reducing cost and complexity while improving posture. Notably, he applies graph databases and AI to surface security insights that traditional tooling misses, turning complex cloud telemetry into prioritized, attacker-centric stories.
