Top SchoolPablo Almunia is a seasoned technology and transformation executive based in Madrid with over a decade of experience leading innovation, business development, and IT management across Europe and the Americas. As Director of Transformation at ALTEN Spain and long-time CEO of CORUS CONSULTING, he blends strategic leadership with deep hands-on engineering roots—self-described as an "old programmer and software architect"—to shepherd organizations through digital change. He has founded and partnered in multiple ventures spanning data visualization, digital media, and SaaS, demonstrating an entrepreneur’s instinct for product-market fit and commercial partnerships. Known for fostering human-centered teams, Pablo pairs philosophical training with an IE Business School technology master's to approach complex problems from both strategic and ethical angles. An underappreciated strength is his ability to translate cutting-edge tech trends into practical, revenue-driving initiatives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
