Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolPablo M is a pragmatic, polyglot Senior Software Engineer based in Berlin with 11 years of experience building reliable, API-first back-end systems and developer-focused tooling. He has driven features end-to-end at startups and consultancies—shaping GraphQL APIs at Jaya Tech, stabilizing high-throughput Rails platforms for COVID testing, and shipping Elixir-backed product features at EmCasa. Comfortable in both product and ops contexts, he’s helped define SLOs, automate repetitive DevOps tasks, and evangelize best practices across teams. Known for mentoring peers and improving engineering hygiene, he favors pragmatic trade-offs that keep velocity high without sacrificing reliability. A quirky side note: his GitHub bio reads “I'm the dog, not the human,” hinting at a playful personality behind a steady engineering hand.
