Senior🎓
Top SchoolPablo Redondo is a pragmatic CTO with nine years of experience leading full-stack, DevOps and ML initiatives at Secmotic Innovation, blending hands-on engineering with product leadership. He has deep expertise in Node.js/TypeScript, React, MongoDB, Kubernetes and Docker, and applies Keras/TensorFlow and scikit-learn to bring machine learning models into production, often in IoT contexts. His background in telecommunications and a master’s in information security inform a strong DevSecOps posture and practical security-first engineering. Pablo has a track record of mentoring teams, running R&D efforts (including prior computer vision work at Ayesa) and teaching MongoDB courses, showing he values knowledge transfer as much as delivery. Based in Andalusia, he thrives at the intersection of data science, embedded systems and scalable cloud-native architecture, frequently bridging research prototypes to market-ready products.
