Top SchoolPalash Kulshreshtha is an Engineering Manager with 11 years at Paytm, experienced in evolving systems from startup scrappiness through demonetization stress tests to IPO readiness and cost-optimization drives. He combines hands-on distributed systems and database expertise—sharding, active-active DR, API gateway and Kafka pipelines—with leadership in audits, observability and drive-to-production initiatives across hundreds of services. Palash has repeatedly reduced infrastructure costs (up to 40% in payouts) while improving performance and reliability, and led an Amazon Well-Architected review of 30+ services spanning 500+ servers and 12 domains. He mentors engineers through career transitions, runs RCA deep-dives to prevent repeat outages, and produces video-based system documentation to speed onboarding—an uncommon blend of operational rigor and knowledge-sharing. Based in Uttar Pradesh, he pairs product-facing collaboration with a pragmatic eye for technical debt and scalable design.
