SeniorPanfilov Maxim is a Lead Software Architect based in Istanbul with about 15 years of professional experience and roughly 20 years of hands-on engineering practice. Comfortable working in English at an upper-intermediate level, he blends deep systems design knowledge with practical implementation experience across long-lived product teams.
