Top SchoolPanos Michail is a Senior Software Engineer and Application Architect based in Athens with 13 years of experience building scalable web and mobile back-ends. He combines strong foundations in algorithms and data structures with hands-on expertise in Node.js, Python, and distributed systems on AWS, having led architecture and API development for companies like TalentDesk.io and Toptal. His background includes research-grade C++ work on high-performance routing libraries and teaching graph algorithms, which informs his pragmatic approach to performance and data modeling. Panos has repeatedly owned full-stack responsibilities—from system design and databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Riak) to messaging (RabbitMQ) and mobile client debugging—preferring modular, scalable solutions. Colleagues rely on him for technically rigorous architecture decisions and for turning complex algorithmic challenges into production-ready services.
