Top SchoolPanuwat Trairatphisan is a Principal Scientist with nine years of experience applying computational systems biology and AI/ML to preclinical safety and toxicology across industry and academia, currently leading digital toxicology efforts at Sanofi in Frankfurt. He builds omics-driven mechanistic QSP/QST models and AI workflows to decipher modes-of-action for drug-induced liver and kidney injuries, and has driven translational modeling work in large European consortia (TransQST, eTRANSAFE). Trained as a systems biologist (PhD) and skilled in R, MATLAB and molecular biology, he bridges quantitative modeling, PBPK integration and high-content experimental data to make predictive safety assessments. A pragmatic advocate for reducing animal use, he translates complex transcriptomic and proteomic signals into actionable risk biomarkers for immunology and inflammation programs.
