Top SchoolPaolo Pustorino is a seasoned developer-turned-founder with 15+ years building web platforms, leading teams, and scaling startups from technical lead roles to CEO and Head of HR at SparkFabrik. A lifelong Unix enthusiast with a background in physics and computer science, he blends deep hands-on engineering (Delphi, PHP, Linux administration) with product-minded domain analysis and agile coaching. He now focuses on human relationships and recruiting while still guiding technical direction, favoring problem-first thinking before applying technology. Outside work he channels his maker instincts into DIY furniture, electronics repair, pixel art and indie game coding—an inventor’s curiosity that informs pragmatic, people-centered leadership.
