Top SchoolParker Malachowsky is a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Project Lead at MIT RAISE with a decade of experience applying machine learning, simulation, and human-centered design to healthcare and robotics problems. He combines a rare mix of product design roots and technical depth—having built simulation suites for autonomous systems at DEKA and designed patient-facing tools and curricula at MIT Media Lab. Parker focuses on human-AI collaboration, currently researching neural network interface design to enable joint decision-making between clinicians and AI. He has led cross-functional teams, run CI/CD and sprint planning, and translated complex research into demos for technical and non-technical audiences. Based in Oakland and Summa Cum Laude from USC’s Iovine & Young Academy, he brings both storytelling and systems-thinking to bridge research, engineering, and real-world impact. An understated strength is his knack for turning exploratory prototypes into production-ready pipelines that attract executive attention and adoption.
