Top SchoolParker Wightman is a senior engineering leader with 13 years of experience building mobile and web products and currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Jump - Advisor AI. He combines hands-on engineering chops—spanning native iOS, React/React Native, backend services, and Elixir/Phoenix—with strategic oversight of teams that deliver polished customer experiences. Parker has led mobile teams at scale (notably shipping a featured Lucidchart iOS app), served as CTO of a social video startup, and run an engineering practice that helps companies bring new products to market end-to-end. He favors pragmatic technology choices that balance speed, quality, and budget, and is comfortable owning architecture, delivery, and stakeholder alignment. Based in Salt Lake City, he pairs deep technical fluency with product-minded leadership and a track record of turning experimental ideas into production software. An often overlooked strength is his breadth across mobile, backend, and infrastructure tooling, enabling him to bridge product vision and implementation effectively.
