Top SchoolParthiban Rajasekaran is a Senior SQE IV based in the UK with eight years of experience building calm, high-performing engineering teams that consistently deliver reliable backend and iOS systems. He combines hands-on expertise in AWS serverless and event-driven architectures with a strong focus on observability, CI/CD automation, and SRE practices to shrink release cycles and reduce defects. As a consultant and engineering manager he has repeatedly driven large gains—cutting test execution times, boosting automation coverage, and delivering six-figure infrastructure savings by modernizing test stacks with Docker and open-source tools. Comfortable coaching cross-functional teams, he pairs strategic leadership with practical engineering: designing custom frameworks, integrating API/UI testing, and embedding automation into CI pipelines. Notably, his work emphasizes measurable impact—improved productivity and defect reductions—rather than just tooling, reflecting a pragmatic approach to quality engineering.
