Senior🎓
Top SchoolPascal Craponne is a seasoned technology leader and founder with 18+ years crafting backup software, infrastructure and teams as CTO and co-founder of Arx One. He combines deep hands-on engineering (from C and C++ to .NET/C#) with product and operations ownership—managing client and server software, multi-datacenter hardware, and day-to-day company operations. His career spans game and enterprise software, giving him a rare perspective on performance-sensitive systems and large-budget projects since the 1990s. An active open-source contributor and sponsor, he leverages community collaboration to improve product quality and attract testers and contributors. Based in Lyon, he prioritizes honest client relationships and selective growth, while occasionally mentoring interns through roles at his company. A detail not obvious from titles: he still codes nightly on open-source projects, keeping his technical edge sharp while running the business.
