Senior🎓
Top SchoolPatriciu Nista is a pragmatic engineering leader and co-founder with 9+ years of experience transforming ideas into scalable web products for startups, SMEs and enterprise clients. At Aatsin Tech he scaled a small team into an agile consultancy, leading full-cycle development, technical audits and product optimizations that halved infrastructure costs, improved uptime and boosted organic conversion. He pairs deep frontend expertise (React, SEO-focused web engineering, PWAs, extension wallets for Web3) with hands-on architecture and people leadership, mentoring juniors through real projects. Comfortable across the stack and fluent in competitive intelligence and pricing analysis, he combines technical delivery with business-minded decisions to drive measurable outcomes. Based in the Greater Terrassa area, he brings a rare blend of operational pragmatism and growth-focused product thinking often honed in high-constraint, cost-sensitive environments.
