Top SchoolPatrick Bryant is a seasoned Process Architect and business transformation leader with 25+ years of cross-functional experience spanning business architecture, project management, operational risk, and Agile delivery. He has driven large modernization efforts at Fannie Mae and CSS—retiring legacy systems, migrating platforms to AWS, automating manual workflows, and strengthening controls to reduce credit risk and improve operational efficiency. Known for building consensus across front-, middle- and back-office stakeholders, he translates complex regulatory and accounting requirements into practical solution designs, BPMN process flows, and lean business cases. Patrick combines hands-on facilitation and team leadership with technical savvy (AWS training and SOA experience), enabling smoother implementations and measurable client satisfaction. He is a self-starter who has consistently delivered on-time, on-budget results while operating remotely for more than five years. An often-overlooked strength is his track record as a troubleshooter and mentor who bridges operations, testing, and delivery teams to unblock mission-critical production issues.
