Patrick Stephan is a senior full-stack engineer with 12 years of experience building scalable web applications using Laravel, Vue, MySQL, and AWS. He blends hands-on development with systems thinking, having migrated monolithic apps to 2-tier and serverless AWS architectures and improved performance by up to 95%. Patrick has led engineering teams, run sprint delivery for cross-functional stakeholders, and still enjoys diving into day-to-day coding—shipping custom business-critical systems, offline-capable apps, and complex configurators. Based in Arnold, Missouri, he pairs practical product-minded engineering with a history of client-facing roles that emphasize usability, SEO, and high availability. An ability to move between startups and agency environments makes him effective at both greenfield projects and incremental modernization.
