Top SchoolPaul Craig is a Senior Technical Strategist and Lead Full-Stack Engineer with 12 years of experience building user-centered, accessible digital services for government and public benefit organizations in Canada, the UK, and the US. He combines hands-on Python/Django and JavaScript/React expertise with cloud-native deployments (GCP, Azure, AWS) to rapidly ship production-ready applications—recently architecting an automated Word-to-508-compliant HTML/PDF pipeline for grants.gov and a Canada-hosted Azure OpenAI tax chatbot. A practiced agile lead, he runs discovery sprints, owns technical stacks and CI/CD, and balances product, design, and stakeholder needs to deliver bilingual, compliant government services. Known for shipping pragmatic solutions that “don’t suck,” he moves teams from prototype to repeatable infrastructure using IaC and daily deployments. Outside work he’s cultivated a quirky public-sector culture knowledge (self-styled Canada Holidays kingpin), hinting at a playful attention to user context that informs his product decisions.
