Senior🎓
Top SchoolPaul Dubois is a Lead Data Scientist based in Paris with 10 years of experience merging advanced mathematics and practical ML to deliver healthcare-focused AI solutions. He holds a PhD in Mathematical Optimization and AI applied to radiotherapy planning from CentraleSupélec, following rigorous training at Oxford (OMMS) and UCL, and he currently leads data science efforts at PRF Development. His work blends mathematical rigor with production-minded engineering—automating workflows, building dashboards, and integrating open-source tools—to turn complex optimization research into deployable clinical technology. Notably, his doctoral work bridged algorithmic optimization and treatment-planning practice, demonstrating an uncommon ability to translate theory into real-world patient-impacting systems. Colleagues value him for both deep technical leadership and hands-on coding that accelerates digital transformation in high-stakes environments.
