Top SchoolPaul Galarza is a serial founder and CEO with 11 years building and modernizing enterprise software, currently leading Triagons and co-founding Capella to deliver AI-native "Company Brain" solutions that turn siloed ERP and legacy systems into actionable intelligence. He combines hands-on full-stack experience with a track record of taking teams from zero to market-fit—scaling a 14-person agency to $1M ARR—and specializes in migrating Java, PHP, and .NET systems using AI agents to avoid painful rewrites. Paul excels at shifting service companies from time-and-materials models to outcome-driven, autonomous delivery and is fluent in bridging C-level strategy with engineering execution across Spanish-speaking markets. Based in Culiacán, he is passionate about protecting the "Golden Hour" of leadership by industrializing development through AI orchestration and retention-driven MVPs. An understated strength is his deep operational knowledge from ERP implementations, which revealed the reproducible "Company Brain" pattern now central to his GTM and product vision.
