Top SchoolPaul Marbach is a Staff Software Engineer with 13 years of experience building scalable web and client SDKs across companies from startups to large enterprises, currently at Grafana Labs in New York. He has led full-stack efforts at Stripe and Spotify, standardized telemetry and SDK tooling at Warner Bros. Discovery, and driven frontend enablement and strategy at JPMorgan’s Technology Accelerator. Paul combines strong UI/UX instincts—evident in earlier open-source work like an AngularJS mobile-friendly carousel—with systems thinking around data pipelines, type-generated SDKs, and automated publishing. He favors tested, maintainable code and practical automation that keeps client integrations compatible as schemas evolve. A musician by training (BA in Electronic Music), he brings creative problem-solving and a long track record of shipping production-ready developer tools and observability experiences.
