Senior🎓
Top SchoolPaul Scheunemann is a Mayfair-based real estate entrepreneur and co-founder with eight years' experience bridging ultra-prime residential sales, development strategy, and proptech. He has directly supported over £270M of transactions at 60 Curzon and helped build AgentWise, a global data and network platform now sharing $14B in listings across 1,300 members in 22 countries. Equally at home with institutional capital and boutique design-led developments, he combines deal execution and buyer-side sourcing with product thinking informed by earlier fintech and blockchain product roles. His background in management consulting and a youth startup that gamified micropayments gives him a rare mix of operational rigor, tech fluency, and entrepreneurial instincts in high-value real estate markets.
