Top SchoolPaul Tagell is an operational design and implementation lead with 15 years of experience blending growth, product, marketing and software delivery to scale digital businesses. He helped craft the strategy that turned Up into Australia’s fastest-growing digital bank and has bootstrapped consumer-focused energy SaaS (Electrify and Save) that translates household usage into clear electrification roadmaps. Equally comfortable leading teams of designers and engineers or rolling up his sleeves to build and ship features, he moves between strategic growth loops and hands-on implementation. His background spans startups, large institutions and university strategy roles, giving him a rare fluency in stakeholder management and execution at scale. Based in Melbourne, he combines a curious, personable leadership style with practical technical chops and a proven track record of turning complex operational problems into measurable business outcomes. An often-overlooked strength is his ability to translate regulatory or institutional constraints into product-led advantages that accelerate adoption.
