Senior🎓
Top SchoolPaula Paul is a seasoned, hands-on technology leader and customer success engineer with over three decades of professional engineering experience, currently helping teams adopt Moderne’s code-aware platform. She blends deep systems knowledge—from punchcard-era assembly to modern TypeScript—with product strategy, fractional CTO advising, and platform adoption work across companies like ThoughtWorks, NearForm, and Microsoft Consulting Services. Paula excels at translating complex legacy environments into cloud-native, developer-friendly systems and has led cross-functional teams in BI, identity-as-product, and large-scale data platform modernizations. As Chief Digital Mechanic at greyshore she pairs pragmatic delivery with coaching, curriculum development, and startups support, proving equally comfortable shipping code or shaping executive technology strategy. An active community leader, she has served on the OpenJS Foundation board and mentors open source and education initiatives. Quirkily proud of a lucky punchcard and fluent in both 360 assembly and TypeScript, she brings curiosity and irreverent practicality to long-term technical stewardship.
