Senior🎓
Top SchoolPaulo Machado is a seasoned software engineer based in San Francisco with over a decade of experience building cloud-native platforms and developer tooling. He has driven platform and infrastructure initiatives at Meta and Fanatics after leading serverless, DevOps, and CI/CD engagements as a senior consultant and solutions architect. Paulo blends hands-on systems engineering—Terraform, AWS Lambda, CI pipelines, and containerization—with architectural leadership to help teams adopt immutable infrastructure and mature delivery practices. He has a track record of improving processes (contributing to CMMI level outcomes) and translating business needs into reliable, automated production systems. Quietly pragmatic, he often pairs deep operational knowledge with pragmatic automation to reduce toil and accelerate shipping.
