Senior🎓
Top SchoolPaulo Pires is a Full Stack Engineer with 14 years of hands-on experience and a 10+ year focus on deployment automation, data and DevSecOps across cloud environments. He has built platforms from zero to thousands of users using serverless, SSR and modern JavaScript while also establishing data-driven practices that bridge AWS and Azure. Paulo has led teams and technical efforts—from hardening Kubernetes to DoD-grade accreditations and automating remediation for 100+ security policies—demonstrating both product and security-first instincts. His background spans blockchain tooling, scalable data pipelines and UX-driven product improvements, including a 700% YoY increase in document collection at Jusbrasil. Based in The Hague, he pairs pragmatic engineering with a penchant for developer experience and an eyebrow-raising “unethical dev” GitHub persona that hints at playful curiosity beyond conventional boundaries.
