Senior🎓
Top SchoolPaulo Roberto is a senior software engineer based in São Paulo with over a decade of hands-on experience building cloud-native systems and leading engineering teams. He has deep polyglot expertise (Java, Go, Python, C++, JavaScript) and a strong track record designing and operating microservices on AWS and Kubernetes, plus experience with Kafka, Redis and multiple databases. As an engineering coordinator he blended technical leadership, hiring/onboarding and transformation initiatives, regularly mentoring developers through pair programming and POCs. His background spans fintech, travel and IoT — including embedded C++ work for robotics — which gives him a rare combination of low-level systems insight and enterprise architecture fluency (TOGAF). Currently at Avenue, he continues to drive secure, observable platforms informed by multiple postgraduate specializations in AI, software architecture, cybersecurity and digital transformation.
