Senior🎓
Top SchoolPavan Vishwanath is a senior engineer based in Munich with six years of cross-disciplinary experience uniting mechanical design, robotics, and production-grade software. He began in manufacturing and mechanical engineering, progressing to mechatronics and robotics where he integrates vision systems and automation with hands-on CAD, FEA, and precision fabrication. At Qualcomm he led semiconductor test automation and built Python GUI tools with CI/CD that moved deeply technical workflows into production, and at Siemens Gamesa he shipped AR and robotic solutions that improved factory productivity. Pavan is comfortable across the stack—from sheet metal and MEMS components to robot-vision integration and deployment of automated test frameworks—and he regularly directs Agile sprints to coordinate hardware-software delivery. Notably, he pairs rapid prototyping (3D printing, Creo) with production discipline (GD&T, PLM) to turn experimental ideas into reliable products. He’s driven by curiosity: designing physical systems and then “giving them brains” with software.
