Senior🎓
Top SchoolPavankumar Vijapur is a Senior Engineering Manager with roughly 14 years in software engineering and three years leading global teams, currently driving platform and product engineering in Bengaluru. He has scaled and mentored teams from small groups to 20+ engineers while owning end-to-end initiatives that materially contributed to company revenue and cross-functional success. Technically grounded in large-scale distributed systems, multimedia and conferencing (Android, C++, WebRTC, HLS/MPEG‑DASH) he launched an Android video SDK, architected platform-agnostic media frameworks, and led device integrations with partners like Samsung and Google. Known for raising engineering quality—91% unit test coverage, 90% automation—and zero attrition during rapid hiring, he blends hands-on architecture with strong product and operational ownership. Beyond delivery, he spearheads org-wide programs (company hackathon, staff briefings) and community volunteering, reflecting a bias for culture and impact as well as technical excellence.
