Top SchoolPavel Alexeev is a senior software developer with over two decades of hands-on experience building high-performance systems across telecommunications, embedded, and life-science domains. Based in Yerevan, he has led projects from legacy C/C++ and assembler codebases to modern cloud-native .NET and Python applications, often improving performance via low-level optimizations like AVX2 and multithreading tuning. He has driven end-to-end features for WiMAX and cellular signal processing, built mass-spectrometry and genome-comparison tools, and owned testing and automation pipelines that stabilized long-lived products. As a technical lead and project manager he bridges deep algorithmic understanding with practical delivery, guiding teams to integrate heterogeneous components and meet tight requirements. Notably, he combines signal-processing and embedded-system expertise with recent work in cloud and UI automation, making him effective at modernizing legacy scientific applications.
