SeniorPavel Bobov is a seasoned software developer with over 10 years of experience building secure, scalable, and highly available server applications, currently focused at Esri in Redlands, California. He led development of ArcGIS for Server on AWS and architected cloud-native clustering, diagnostics, and asynchronous job frameworks across AWS and Azure. His background in spatial systems dates to the 1990s, including contributions to desktop GIS used widely in Novosibirsk and core technology that lives on in popular Russian mapping software. Pavel combines deep algorithmic skills—optimizing instance placement, load balancing, and scheduling—with practical engineering for production-grade services.
