Top SchoolPavel Bodiachevskii is a pragmatic software engineer and open-source maintainer with 10 years of experience building scalable, production systems for enterprises, banks, startups and non-profits. He currently drives developer experience and Java tooling at the AsyncAPI Initiative—maintaining JAsyncAPI and a JetBrains IDE plugin—bridging specification design with usable libraries and integrations for Spring and Quarkus. Pavel has led high-availability chat platforms and launched product features that measurably improved availability and revenue (e.g., auctions and Crowdfunding School at Planeta.ru), and he consistently focuses on API management, event-driven architecture and DevEx. Comfortable across Java, Kotlin, Python and frontend stacks, he mixes hands-on engineering with technical product leadership and community stewardship as a TSC member. Based in Yerevan, he combines a systems-thinking background with a knack for turning specs into practical tools that lower the barrier for adopters.
