Top SchoolPavel Kuzub is a DevOps Practice Lead based in New Jersey with over a decade of experience building and running mission-critical trading and support platforms for global banks. He founded and scaled a global DevOps practice at UBS, led GitLab CI/CD and secure build chain rollouts, and re-engineered front-to-back ecosystems for large trading platforms like FIS Apex. Comfortable both leading strategy and doing hands-on delivery, Pavel has a long track record in production support, incident and change management, and running 24x7 operations across migrations, datacenter exits, and cloud journeys. He champions DevOps culture through guilds and training, shortening delivery lead times while enabling business-critical trading flows. Unobvious strength: his background in Economic Cybernetics gives him a systems-thinking approach to automating operational reliability and aligning technical practices with financial workflows.
